Staying sober is infinitely easier than getting sober. The hardest part of staying sober is if you have not worked to program of Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous or whatever your substance of choice. What I did was go to many AA meeting near me which allowed me to get addiction help and find tips to stay sober from people who have worked the Alcoholics Anonymous. It's also a great way to meet new sober single people to build a sober community around you. Take what you learn, apply those principles every day and you will have a program to pull out of your spiritual toolkit every day.
