What do you physically feel like when you quit drinking?
At first it
can appear a bit daunting. I physically felt a bit on edge like I was alone.
This is why I suggest you get connected and meet sober people who are enjoying
a sober lifestyle. I started by going to AA meetings near me where I was
able to learn not only how to get sober but most importantly how to have sober
fun. Just getting sober and not having fun can be a drag. I started looking for
the best
sobriety apps I could find that helped connect me with other people. I also
think having a sobriety counter is important as it kept me motivated seeing my
days add up. A good sober
app normally has one. Its not so much that you feel worse physically, as I
actually felt so much better, I just needed to get comfortable and OK with
being sober. This lessened the anxiety and helped me change everything. I am
now alcohol-free, drug-free and nicotine free!
